Welcome to M.C. Farms. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Products
M.C. Farms offers farm-raised beef, goat, and related agricultural products. Product availability may vary based on season, harvest schedules, and inventory.
All weights, quantities, and descriptions are estimates unless otherwise stated.

Deposits and Reservations
A deposit may be required to reserve whole, half, or quarter beef and goat shares.
Deposits are non-refundable unless M.C. Farms is unable to fulfill the order.
Reserved animals are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the agreed date may result in cancellation of the order and forfeiture of the deposit.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice.

For bulk beef and goat purchases:
Final cost is based on actual weight and processing charges.
Processing fees may be charged separately by the processor.
Customers are responsible for understanding the pricing structure before placing an order.

Custom Processing
Customers purchasing whole, half, or quarter shares may be asked to provide cutting instructions.
M.C. Farms is not responsible for processing decisions made by the customer.
Final package counts, weights, and cut selections may vary.
Yield varies based on animal size, cut preferences, bone-in versus boneless selections, and trimming choices.

Pickup and Delivery
Customers are responsible for arranging pickup unless delivery has been specifically agreed upon.
Products must be picked up within the agreed timeframe.
M.C. Farms is not responsible for product quality after pickup, delivery, or transfer of possession.

Food Safety
Customers are responsible for proper transportation, storage, handling, and cooking of all products after receiving them.
We recommend maintaining frozen products at appropriate temperatures and following all food safety guidelines.

Website Information
We strive to provide accurate information; however, product descriptions, pricing, availability, and specifications may change without notice.
M.C. Farms does not guarantee that all information on the website is error-free.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, M.C. Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
