M.C. Farms is more than a cattle farm—it is the continuation of a family legacy that began in 1957 in Middle Georgia.
My wife and I are proud to raise premium Akaushi-cross and Angus-cross cattle using generations of agricultural tradition combined with the values of hard work, integrity, and service. As a veteran of both the United States Marine Corps and United States Air Force, I bring discipline, commitment, and attention to detail into every part of our farm operation.
Before returning to agriculture, I spent several years in the restaurant industry. That experience shaped how I view quality beef and gave me a clear understanding of what families expect: consistency, flavor, tenderness, and value. It also reinforced a simple truth—great beef starts long before it reaches the table.
At M.C. Farms, our cattle are raised with daily care on our family farm in Middle Georgia. They have access to quality forage, clean water, and a low-stress environment designed to support animal health and natural growth. We take pride in producing beef with excellent marbling, tenderness, and flavor while staying true to responsible farming practices.
Today, we provide locally raised beef directly to families across Middle Georgia through quarter, half, and whole beef shares, as well as individual cuts when available. Selling direct allows us to build relationships with our customers and offer full transparency about how their food is raised.
Thank you for supporting our family farm. We look forward to serving your family for years to come.
