From Our Farm to Your Freezer

Everything you need to know about reserving, processing, pickup, and payment.

How the Process Works

Step 1

Reserve Your Beef

Reserve your quarter, half, or whole beef with a deposit.

Step 2

Complete Your Cut Sheet

Customize your steaks, roasts, hamburger, stew meat, soup bones, and other available cuts.

Step 3

USDA Processing

Your beef is professionally processed, vacuum sealed, labeled, and frozen.

Step 4

Final Weight

Once hanging weight is received, we’ll contact you with your hanging weight, final balance, and pickup details.

Step 5

Pickup at Your Chosen Location

We’ll confirm your pickup location, pickup time, and remaining payment details before your order is picked up.

Payment

Your first payment is the deposit, which reserves your beef. The remaining balance is charged after the hanging weight is received and confirmed.
