At MC Farms, we harvest a limited number of cattle throughout the year to make sure every customer receives premium-quality beef. Reserving ahead guarantees your spot before this harvest sells out.
Your card is charged only for the deposit today. After processing, your remaining balance is based on confirmed hanging weight. Your beef is USDA inspected, professionally processed, packaged, and ready for your freezer.

How the Reservation Process Works
1. Reserve Your Beef
Choose your quarter, half, or whole beef and place your reservation deposit online.
2. We Prepare Your Beef
Your beef is USDA inspected and professionally processed.
3. Customize Your Cuts
Before processing, we’ll contact you to review your preferred cutting instructions.
4. Final Payment
Your card is charged only for the deposit today. After processing, we’ll confirm the actual hanging weight and collect the remaining balance.
