Cut Sheet Choices Include
- Sirloin steak thickness and bone-in / boneless preference
- Ribeye steak thickness and bone-in / boneless preference
- T-Bone or New York Strip and Filet preference
- Number of steaks per package
- Cube steak, round steak, flank, skirt, and hanger steak options
- Shoulder roast or steak preferences
- Chuck roast or steak preferences
- Rump roast, brisket, beef stew, hamburger, soup bones, and organ meat
- Hamburger preference: 80/20 or 90/10
- Hamburger package size: 1.5 lb or 2 lb packages
